Returns - Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days.

 The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you obtained physical possession of the last good / that you acquired or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you obtained physical possession of the goods .

 In order to meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your statement of exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. Products purchased must be returned to us in their original condition.

Seasonal Products
All products classified as seasonal are not eligible for a refund. In the event of a return, the product’s value will be issued exclusively in the form of store credit, which may be used for a future purchase. Shipping and return costs are borne entirely by the customer.

 Consequences of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all monies received from you, including delivery costs excluding any additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process the above refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in which case you will not be charged for such refund. We are entitled to delay the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

 You must send back the goods or deliver them to us (AFO KARAPANOU O.E. (Epigraphis 555), Pedini Ioannina, 45500, Ioannina), without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day you informed us that you are withdrawing from this contract.

The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send back the goods before the end of the 14 day period. You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
